Voiceflow is a strong conversational AI platform for designing, testing, and launching chat and voice agents. It is more than a basic bot builder: it combines a visual canvas with a knowledge base, agentic playbooks, scripted workflows, and integrations that let agents look up information and complete tasks.
To present those capabilities more clearly, I created an infographic that highlights its major functions in a single, easy-to-scan view. A visual format makes it simpler to see how the pieces fit together—from conversation design and knowledge grounding to multichannel deployment and actions.
