BotStar is a visual, no-code chatbot platform for designing conversation flows, managing content, and deploying bots on websites and messaging channels. It is useful for teams that want to automate FAQs, capture leads, and hand conversations to a human agent when needed—without building everything from scratch.
To make those capabilities easier to scan, I created an infographic that outlines its major functions in one place. The visual covers the flow builder, built-in CMS, keyword and NLP handling, live-chat handover, multichannel deployment, and campaigns and integrations.
