Thank You, Teacher: Make a Free Card for Your Teacher

Your teacher gives you their voice, their patience and their evenings. When did you last say thank you in a way they could keep?

World Teachers' Day is on 5 October. To mark it, Nkuzify made a free card you can fill in, print and give to any teacher who made a difference to you. It takes about a minute.

How to make your card

1. Open the card page and type your teacher's name and the subject they teach.
2. Write a short message in your own words. Say one thing they taught you or one moment you remember.
3. Add your name, then pick gold, purple or green.
4. Print it, or choose "Save as PDF" on your phone. You can also share it on WhatsApp.

What to write

The best messages are specific. "Thank you for explaining fractions until I finally understood" means more than "thank you for everything". You could write about a lesson you loved, a time they believed in you, or something they said that stayed with you.

Give it with a smile

Hand it over in person if you can. If your teacher is far away, send the PDF on WhatsApp. Either way, a few honest words will make their week.
