Before You Click: Read The Offer
Check the institution, the course and the admission type before you accept. If the offer is for a course or school you did not want, one guide says you can reject and request a change through the portal. Do not do this in a panic, and read how change of course and institution works first.
How To Accept Your Admission On CAPS
- Log in to e-Facility and click Check Admission Status.
- Choose 2026 and click Access My CAPS.
- Open Admission Status in the side menu.

If The Accept Button Will Not Click
Go to the Transfer Approval tab first. SabiHow explains that a course change waiting there has to be accepted or rejected before the main offer becomes clickable. Also make sure your O'Level result is on your profile.
Accepting By SMS
